Normally, 2 small holes will need to be drilled in your board to allow fitment. If purchased along with a board, these will be fitted for you.
 
** Please bear in mind that the fitting of a leash could delay your board shipment by a few days. This is because holes need to drilled and then the insides sealed with a couple of coats of oil or varnish and allowed to dry. (If you have 'pre-ordered' a board, i.e. purchased a board not immediately in stock, then the fitting of a leash will not slow down shipment.
